winter has come early to the valley and no one is complaining. trying to mix it up and keep some semblance of fitness (on the bike) while also getting-in runs at the 'bush. after eating and drinking for 3 days straight, decided to get-out for a spin...

What planet do you live on? It hasn't dropped below 34 here yet, still commuting in a windvest and knee warmers. Not looking forward to busting out the Balaclava.
